What happens next. I read it myself, and you’ll normally hear back the same day, or the next working day at the latest. The reply will be a real answer from me, including a straight answer on price. Not a calendar link.
What to put in it. Whatever you’ve got. The address of your current site if there is one, roughly what you’re after, and when you need it. If something’s broken, tell me what it’s doing. Even “it’s broken and I don’t know why” is a fine place to start.
When I’m about. I work Monday to Friday, and I read email seven days a week. If your site is down, say so in the subject line and I’ll see it.
Where I am. Norwich, born and raised, working with businesses across Norfolk and the whole of the UK. Most projects run perfectly well over email and a call. If you’re local and you’d rather do it over a coffee, I’m very much up for that.
